Sandwell Boiler Parts were very quick to respond and come out - very efficient in getting parts that were needed for the work to be completed and competed it within a day .
Other Plumbers were quoting at least 3 days before they could come out.
I would highly recommend Sandwell Boiler Parts for their professionalism and honesty. I had over paid by mistake and my money was returned within few hours of requesting it .
I would definitely be using them again and recommend them to friends and family.

I called Joe in an emergency panic on a Sunday evening and he arrived within minutes.
Water was gushing out of my boiler in the bedroom and then through the living room ceiling.
Joe resolved the situation straightaway.
I was very impressed.
We arranged for a new boiler to be fitted and he provided a quotation and detailed schedule for the work and time frame.
Joes team that changed my boiler were exceptional so professional, polite, punctual and respectful.
The team done work in a timely manner, made sure the system was working properly and took time to explain how it worked and made sure I understood how it worked.
Before they left they cleaned up and no one would have known they had been there . (very clean)

Sandwell boiler parts fixed a leak that was from a previous pipework installation. They were very efficient and didn’t leave until all pipework had been checked over. Great job will defin use again!

Very satisfied with the work completed by Joe and his colleague. I had an issue with the boiler and didn't call until after 6pm of which he arrived to check it out the same night and returned in the daylight to get the job done.

Brilliant work from this company, I have previously left a review, I just wanted to add that I came across a small teething problem with the work once it was completed, however it was rectified immediately, friendly team came back out and had everything up and running again in no time at all.

" for a part and got very unpleasant when I said that I needed to think anbout it and call him back. Demanded that I pay him "35, no 45! " for a call out in that case. I ended up calling british gas that fixed the issue within 1 minute, no spare parts needed. More...

Joe turned up as he said and boxed in pipes beneath boiler he also had to adjust pipe work which the engineer who installed it didn't fit pipes in properly I will definitely use Joe again and tell friends and family
