Salsby Sounds… what can I say? They hosted and performed at our venue for a hen party, and they certainly did not disappoint. The atmosphere was incredible, with a fantastic mix of music ranging from timeless classics to today’s biggest anthems. The father and son duo were both professional and great fun, effortlessly managing a party full of lively women and keeping the energy high throughout the event. I can’t put into words how amazing you were, you definitely made the entertainment and kept the celebrations going and interacting amazingly with all the guests. Grant was not my first choice of Photopod, but I'm so happy I went with him. The side room I originally want the Photopod to be set up in at the venue, the ceiling was too small. So he set up in the main room and I'm glad that it ended up there instead, because it really brought an extra vibe to my 30th birthday 90's themed party. He was able to accommadate to the theme of my party with the photos too. I know a lot of my guests had fun at the Photopod too. I would 100% have Grant again if I have another event. Absolutely top class service from Grant and the team at Salsby Sounds. I was DJing the same event where they provided the Photo Pod, so I had a front row seat to see how they operate with guests in real time. What impressed me most wasn’t just the setup, which looked great and ran flawlessly, it was the way Grant worked the room. He’s a genuine people person. He doesn’t just stand back and wait for guests to use it. He actively engages, encourages, creates moments and makes people feel comfortable in front of the camera. You could see guests who were a bit hesitant at first ending up laughing, relaxed and fully involved. That’s a skill. The Photo Pod itself was a massive hit all night. As a DJ, I’ve worked alongside a lot of photo booth and photo pod suppliers over the years. Some just turn up, plug in and sit behind the stand all night. Grant at Salsby Sounds is not one of those. I recently shared a booking with him and honestly, he’s one of the best I’ve seen operate. The Photo Pod looked sharp, ran smoothly all evening, and most importantly, he worked it properly. He engages guests, brings energy, gets the shy ones involved and makes sure people actually enjoy the experience instead of just taking a quick photo and walking off. I had a joint 30th birthday, and unfortunately it fell on a weekend with really bad weather. Grant was kind enough to reschedule for us and made sure we could still have an absolutely amazing time on our new date. Nothing is ever too much bother or trouble for him. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Truly Unforgettable Experience! We booked Salsby Sounds for my son’s 18th birthday party, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very start, Grant took the time to speak with me personally to understand the theme, the vibe we wanted, and the little details that mattered most. That personal touch made all the difference. On the night, the DJ set was absolutely perfect, Grant pitched the music exactly to the crowd and created an incredible atmosphere. He even built in some surprises seamlessly, making my son feel like the absolute star of the show. A lovely extra touch was that my other son’s birthday was the following day, and Grant paid tribute to him too, which meant so much to us. I’ll admit, I wasn’t sure about the photo experience at first, but Grant really understood what I was trying to achieve and gently encouraged me to include it. I’m so glad I listened, it was the perfect addition! It gave us hilarious moments and beautiful memories that we’ll treasure forever. We hired a photo pod from Salsby sounds for our wedding. As we were on a tight budget, we managed to get one of the deals Grant had on, and it was worth every penny and more. Grant was amazing from start to finish. His attention to detail from the designs (of the photos) to arrival timings and setting up, to being able to view the photos the very next day , was second to none. we booked Salsby Sounds for our wedding after id been to a party where Grant had been the DJ. I can't recommend Salsby Sounds enough - Grant arrived nice and early, set up with a few nice additions to the dance floor, we also booked the photopod which went down a storm with the guests! ! Grant was also our master of ceremonies and he did such a good job engaging with the guests, getting them I'm the party mood etc - but the cherry on top for me is the special version Grant did of our first dance song...during our consultation id explained of an idea id had and Grant was able to give good advice, And then suggested he create a version of the song for us which might be more suitable...it was perfect!! he has sent me a copy of it so I can keep it forever. Salsby Sounds are highly recommended 👌 While arranging our Christmas party I came across them on Facebook. We wanted to make memories so messaged Grant and got a response straight away showing costs, what you get delivered and even pictures showing how they will create a logo for us. After amazing communication we booked them and wow they delivered 🥳 All set up beforehand by Grant himself ready for a fun packed night. With drinks flowing, more pictures were taken using all the fun hats/glasses/accessories supplied.
