They informed me they would clean my carpet for £150.00. They took one look from my door and said they could not do it. It is not right to say you will do something and not do it. I rang Rachel late on Sunday evening to see if they could do an emergency carpet clean at my parents house near Chester. She was really helpful and Chris turned up at 3pm the following day. He was so diligent and the quality of work was amazing. He even picked up on old stains in the hallway I hadn’t even asked him to look at. We met Kris last year when he came & cleaned our rug which was dreadfully stained in many places by sickness from our poorly dog. We were going to throw it out & get another but Kris said he would do his best but made no promises. The results were fantastic & we were very impressed with his extensive knowledge of how to clean & look after rugs & carpets. I booked a slot last week to get my carpets cleaned and I actually got a reminder today that they were coming then I received a phone call not long after the reminder email saying I was out of their area and they had to cancel. Kris was so knowledgeable from first contact, we have a sofa and dinning chairs which have natural fibres, so I knew they needed delicate cleaning - Kris knew exactly how to clean them and has done a fantastic job, even getting out some food stains which I didn’t think would budge!
