We engaged Tan from Rouge Events to orchestrate our milestone birthday celebration at Legion Rooms, and his expertise transformed the event into an unparalleled experience. Tan’s role extended far beyond décor, he served as the visionary director, meticulously overseeing every aspect to ensure flawless execution. Tan worked seamlessly alongside Dream Days and Darminder, and together, they created an unforgettable night. Darminder’s catering and the venue were nothing short of exceptional, providing an exquisite setting and cuisine that perfectly complemented the event’s elegance. What truly sets Tan apart is his extraordinary ability to intuitively grasp and elevate a client’s vision without needing lengthy explanations. His recommended suppliers were nothing short of outstanding, each brought professionalism, energy, and an exceptional standard of work. The DJ setup, recommended by Tan, was truly grand, a powerful, dynamic production by Replay DJs that lit up the room and kept the celebration alive all evening. The violinist he suggested set a refined and elegant tone for the start of the night, and the exclusive bespoke bar created in partnership with HarmsArms was a real showpiece. Every cocktail and mocktail was perfectly crafted and a hit with our guests. Tan also recommended Grand Wedding Cakes, who delivered a show-stopping birthday cake presented on a grand stand that became the centre of attention. It was as delicious as it was stunning, a true highlight of the night. Tan collaborated closely with us on the food, beverages, and spirits, ensuring every detail was cohesive and thoughtfully curated. The menus were custom-designed for me and my husband, adding a truly bespoke and personal touch. His in-house graphics team brought the theme to life with impeccable detail. In addition, Tan created bespoke food stalls and a custom-designed bar, both of which added character and elevated the experience in such a unique way, they became visual and functional highlights of the night. Knowing we wanted to cater for all ages, Tan also sourced an incredible pop-up arcade for the children, which added a unique, interactive element that kept them entertained throughout the evening. From the stunning décor, curated food and drink experiences, and personalised details, to the precision planning and creative execution, Rouge Events delivered an event that was nothing short of magical. And all of this came at incredible value, especially for the scale and quality of what was provided. Our gratitude for Tan’s dedication, artistry, and calm leadership cannot be overstated. He turned our vision into a reality far greater than we imagined. We hired Rouge Events for multiple occasions, including our Roka/Chunni, ladies’ sangeet, pre-party, and our wedding reception at the Corn Exchange Rochester and they absolutely exceeded our expectations every single time!
The decorations were stunning and exactly as we envisioned. Every detail we requested was executed to perfection, creating the magical atmosphere we dreamed of for each event.

I had a specific vision for our wedding and with such limited wedding venues nearby that fitted our aesthetic I knew that we needed to transform a venue rather than simple decorate a hall. From our initial meeting I knew Tan and the team could deliver what I wanted and more; whilst taking into consideration our budget. The attention to detail was impeccable and the creativity flowing. I disliked certain areas of the venue (outside of the main hall) and Tan offered suggestions including the final decision of a garden walkway w overhanging florals and lights and executed this perfectly. On the day the decor looked better than I expected and they had listened to every request. Everyone commented on the decor saying how dreamlike it looked.
