Just travelled with Roberts Travel Group and Brett was our driver. He was really friendly and made the journey smooth and comfortable. He checked in to see if we needed any stops or had any preferences, and made sure we had plenty of space, which was appreciated. The bus was very clean and well kept. No complaints at all communication with the company was really easy, and they made sure to check in about luggage, number of people, or any accessibility needs so everything was properly accommodated. We travelled to Cheltenham races with Robert’s Travel and honestly could not have had a better service! Ryan was our driver and he was amazing, he arrived early and took us on a route with less traffic, was really friendly and had no issue stopping off on the way there and back. We booked a minibus to take us to the Royal Albert Hall and back, and the service was excellent. Brett, our driver, was fantastic—friendly, professional, and great fun. We had a proper laugh with him, and he was incredibly patient with a few drunk lads in the group. Today Brett took us to Newcastle and back and he was such a pleasure to travel with. He was incredibly friendly and had a lovely, happy, chatty nature that made everyone feel relaxed and welcome. He was always patient and accommodating, happily stopping whenever requested and making sure everyone was comfortable. An excellent experience taking me and some work colleagues to and from Loughborough to Luton airport. The booking process was very straightforward and clear, the 16 seater very clean and comfortable, and the service punctual. Communication before each journey was excellent as well as the drivers. A particularly great service from Brett, who had to wait while we had some delay returning, but arrived spot on time once we had communicated our return time and clearance from passport control. Warner Hotel at Bembridge excellent. Not happy with trips out though. Tour of island was a long ride round with only one stop. The needles was very busy so we didn't go there and had just one stop at Yarmouth when there are so many more places to explore. Talking to another coach driver at the hotel he took his passengers out every day to a variety of places, no day without a trip out .He said that was what his passengers wanted. More...

I can not praise this company enough. We travelled to Whitby yesterday and although there was a complication with our taxi they were very accommodating and waited for us to arrive. Martin our driver was brilliant and made the journey very pleasant. Have travelled with Roberts for many years on some lovely holidays but sadly they have become overpriced in comparison to other coach companies. Single supplements are expensive in addition to basic price and now they have introduced their "travel club" at even further cost! They have made travel for single people even more difficult and expensive. Roberts now put profit ahead of people and don't care that single travellers already pay a premium for single rooms and now want them to pay, again, to join a club for only a chance of securing a single room ahead of those who don't want to or can't afford to join their club. It's sad when a family run firm think of profit before loyalty, after all, without the loyalty of their customers, they would not make any profit. It's now cheaper as a single person for me to go on a 7 day cruise on a 5 star ship than a coach holiday to a 3 star hotel with Roberts. I won't be travelling with them again, I'm afraid they are just not value for money any longer. More...

Thank you to Brett and Isi for taking our family party of 10 to Wembley for a concert. Picked us up from home, delivered to Wembley in plenty of time and returned home very smoothly. Beats the train hands down for stress free service and punctuality. Both Brett and Isi were friendly and professional and made everyone relax from the moment we left home. We've recently been to Buckingham Palace with Roberts Coaches out of their terminal in Swadlincote. The whole experience from start to finish was exceptional. We have a business in service industry ourselves so we know the value of great customer care! Every staff member looked emaculate, the coach was new and top quality inside. The driver (Colin) was polite, funny (and not over-the-top with his humour), and navigated the London traffic with ease.
