Went for a SP40 roof installation a couple months. Very professional and efficient support from the start. Initial discussions/survey with Ron was informative, thorough and friendly. Once agreed the lads came over a week after. They went the extra mile to help w/ reducing heat loss around the house, clearing some found mould in the roof, and were very efficient in and out over two days, and friendly. RJ’s Ipswich loft installation service was excellent, efficient from initial enquiry/visit/survey to installation. Each member staff we worked with were friendly and professional.
Their advice was comprehensive, timely visit/inspection and their quotes were accurate when we checked them out.
Each part of the job they let us know what they were doing and timeframe. The installation team arrived on time, worked diligently, and kept us informed throughout including videos and left the house spotlessly clean.

The RJ Ipswich Team were great communicators throughout the entire process, from quote to on-the-day install. They keep you informed of what was happening and why, showing you the work-in-progess so you know what you're getting.
The install team were a really nice bunch, friendly, and helpful. The did a fantastic job, and finished up with immaculately clean house from the 3rd floor down to front door, where they'd transported all the materials.

What do you love most about your job?
Meeting and talking to people and giving them good honest advice on loft insulation.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to ensure I had control of the advice being given to homeowners. Far too many consumers are given misinformation which over time can have repercussions for them and their home. E.g Consumers being mislead that spray foam is a positive insulation addition to their loft. In actual fact, you will struggle to sell your home as RICS surveyors will inform mortgage companies that your house is worthless with spray foam installed in your loft.

As a Which Trusted Trader, we would never visit a customer in their home with a view to sell to them on the same day. Every potential customer should have the opportunity to think and take stalk on the advice given and the price quoted.
Only then can they make an informed decision to purchase.
We can advise over the phone or over Zoom and by using the dimensions on a current EPC, or by what the customer gives us, we can then quote a price.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Any staff our customers may meet are fully vaccinated and are more than happy to wear a mask and sanitise before the visit.
A Usable loft area, hobby room or home office
Superfoil, boarding, velux window, plasterboard, we skim with plaster and do the electrics. We can even discuss the paint job.
And all at a fraction of the cost of a new loft extension.
We DO NOT undertake full loft extensions where the usage is for a habitable room with Staircase and plumbing.
