What do you love most about your job?
We are all sociable people within RGM and the bit about our job we enjoy most is meeting our customers. We get great satisfaction from being able to offer the best solution tailored to each individual customer, at competitive prices.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We are 3 school friends who have worked in the industry for a number of years. In our mid-30s we decided to set up RGM Heating. We have built the business on the same values we have in our friendship of over 20 years and it makes it a very enjoyable and satisfying business to own and work for. We hope our staff agree!
Why should our clients choose you?
We genuinely care about customers and always aim to get each individual customer the best solution to meet their needs. Most of our work comes through referrals from satisfied customers, but as we continue to grow we have explored Bark as an avenue to access customers to help support our grow.
As a result of our relationships with most of the major boiler manufacturers we able to secure extended warranty's and often also able to secure exclusive deals. If we can secure these savings from manufacturers we always pass them onto our customers.

We are always happy to provide some free advice over the phone and can often provide an estimate of cost over the phone. To give a fixed, guaranteed cost for most jobs we would need to visit your property to give an accurate idea of the job.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All our engineers have received Covid-19 training and attend our customers properties wearing facemask and gloves. We also provide additional sanitising and cleaning support to keep our customers and engineers safe during this period.
