I needed my Boiler serviced so went on line and found Quin Gas solutions. There reviews were really good so made a call and spoke to Callum. Callum came out and noticed the flue manifold had some damage on it while carrying out the service on the boiler and quoted for a replacement manifold and sump.On his return a few days later once he stripped out the manifold he informed me that the sump was in good condition so would not need replaced he fitted the new manifold and serviced the boiler and reduced the price for the work he carried out.Callum came across really efficient and knowledgeable and trustworthy.It's a breath of fresh air to see a young Tradesman take so much care and show the client and his property so much respect while carrying out his work.I will be using him in the future when I move to a new property. Honestly can't thank you enough heating packed in (and hot water) on our combi boiler. Couldn't get it to work so gave Callum a call had a quick chat and explained I couldn't get it to reset and explained the symptoms, he said he would be able to come out and have a look. Almost immediately he knew what was wrong (symptoms and could see the condensator was blocked) he was able to fix it, clearing the blockage and putting it all back together before tidying up and checking everything, extremely professional and thorough would not hesitate to recommend, will definitely use again. I can't recommend Callum enough. I've used his services a few times now from a new boiler to fixing gas pipes in the kitchen. He fitted a new boiler for me this year, the pipes from the old boiler were all over the place but Callum replaced these taking up less that half the space in my loft.
