We had a last minute need for furniture to be removed and Adrian at Quest Clearance came to our rescue ! Gary and Max arrived just after 9a. m. I had a pile of building rubble, stones & slabs in my garden to get rid of, and I messaged Adrian from Quest on Monday morning for a quote. Within half an hour he'd messaged back and arranged a site inspection for the same afternoon. Adrian was friendly and efficient, giving my a price there and then, and explained about their environmental policy regarding recycling, which I found reassuring. I accepted the quote and arranged collection for Thursday this week. However, last night (still Monday) Adrian messaged to say that they could collect the following afternoon - Tuesday - which was amazing! Just after midday, 2 guys - Kevin & Max - arrived and cleared the whole site in just over half an hour! There were some heavy rocks & slabs to move, and the guys made it look effortless! I would like to recommend Adrian and his team, excellent service to pick up and dispose two bags of skip from my driveway, they went where other could not, I was advised to empty the bags and move closer to the public road, However Quest Clearance was able to grab them with Professionalism and quick responses over WhatsApp, they turned up on date and time as arranged and would highly recommend!!
