Being a people person I get great delight with interacting with customers.
All customers have different needs and I particularly take great pleasure in trying to understand and adapt accordingly to each customers' specific requirements and needs. This concept is ingrained in our company ethos and all our team members.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I've always had an empathetic streak in me from an early age, helping others is part of my DNA; this is why I decided to start something that would allow me to do just that.
Moving home can often be a challenging and stressful affair. The vast majority of the people that I've moved in the past all had a story about how a removal company let them down at the very last hour.
After speaking to many customers the one thing that I often found to be the catalyst was that removal companies had a tendency to take too much work on without sufficient manpower or vehicles to cater for their booked clients.
Many removal companies hedge their bets by offering rock bottom prices to first come, but if they receive a more lucrative proposition they often have no hesitation in dropping the lower cost booking and opting for the more lucrative one.
I find this kind of unethical behaviour completely unacceptable and grossly unfair; so I wanted to make a difference by offering a removal company with a strong ethical fibre and integrity. We do what we say and our word is our bond.

We do offer quotes online or remotely via surveys that can be conducted on WhatsApp.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
In line with government guidelines all our team members are required to wear face masks and gloves. We also recommend that all windows and doors are left open whilst we complete your move. Customers are welcome to travel in the vans as long as they wear face masks during the journey and have the passenger side window down (if feasible).

A clearance involves much more than the collection of unwanted items. For us, as a green company, there’s the added responsibility of disposing of them in a safe manner. We are a member of the Environment Agency and as a result of this; have a waste carrier’s license which is mandatory.
We take care to ensure that any item that is recyclable finds its’ way to a recycling centre instead of a landfill. We consider ourselves to be a responsible social company. This is because we ensure that all items in good condition from a clearance go to a suitable charity.

Furniture Assembling & Dismantling

Packing
Our team are experts when it comes to the art of moving, we know how to pack your belongings right. We will only use packaging material that is right for the job.
If you choose our packing service North Finchley, the first thing we will do is arrange a home visit. This will allow us to examine the different items that need packing and moving. We will also inspect the larger items and determine if they need dismantling.
