What do you love most about your job?
I love being hands on just as much as being the organiser I enjoy making customers imagination become reality. I love the before and afters the transformation I love helping people put value on there property’s and protect it in years to come. taking a space that people have outgrown or never fully used, and turning it into something that adds real value and enjoyment to their home. Every project is different, and it’s incredibly rewarding to see how happy clients are with the result
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started Pro Property Improvements because I’ve always had a passion for building and improving homes. After years in the trade, I saw how much difference good workmanship and honest communication make to people’s experience — and I wanted to build a business that clients could truly trust from start to finish. I love helping people make the most of their homes. There’s something really satisfying about improving spaces that families live and grow in
Why should our clients choose you?
At Pro Property Improvements, we believe every home deserves to be finished to the highest standard — and that every client deserves a team they can trust to deliver exactly what’s been promised. We know that having building work done can be stressful, which is why we make the process as smooth and transparent as possible from start to finish.
Our approach is simple: quality craftsmanship, clear communication, and genuine care for our clients’ homes. Whether it’s a loft conversion, an extension, or a full property renovation, we take the time to understand your vision, offer honest advice, and keep you informed every step of the way. We treat every project as if it were our own home — paying attention to the smallest details and never cutting corners.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes, we can provide parts of our service online or remotely to make the process as convenient as possible for our clients.
We offer free initial consultations over the phone or via video call, where we can discuss your ideas, budget, and what’s possible for your property. From there, we can often review photos, floor plans, or measurements you provide to give early design advice or a rough estimate before arranging a site visit.
For larger projects such as loft conversions, extensions, or full renovations, we can also work with architects and structural engineers digitally — sharing plans, drawings, and updates electronically to keep the process moving efficiently.
Throughout the project, we use email, messaging, and video updates to keep clients fully informed, even if they’re not on-site.
While most of the construction work must, of course, happen in person, our goal is to make every other part of the journey — from planning and design to communication and project management — as smooth and accessible as possible.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
At Pro Property Improvements, the safety and wellbeing of our clients and team have always been a top priority. During the Covid-19 pandemic, we introduced a number of measures to make sure work could continue safely and responsibly — and many of those good practices have stayed in place today.
We continue to maintain high standards of hygiene and site cleanliness, ensuring tools and work areas are regularly cleaned and kept tidy. Our team follows strict health and safety protocols, including handwashing facilities on-site and maintaining respectful distance when working in occupied homes.
Wherever possible, we minimise disruption by arranging virtual consultations and quotes via video call, and we schedule work in a way that limits the number of trades on-site at the same time. We also make sure to communicate clearly with clients about when we’ll be on-site and what precautions are in place.
These measures mean that clients can feel comfortable having work carried out in their homes, knowing we’re taking every reasonable step to keep everyone safe while delivering the same high standard of workmanship we’re known for.
