Terrible service. One cleaner arrived as per the quoted agreement, but the experience was a disaster. In the bathroom, she didn’t mop the floor. When I asked why the floor was completely dry after her “cleaning,” she claimed it was to prevent water from leaking downstairs—complete nonsense. After I pointed this out, she soaked the floor with a sopping wet mop, failing to use the provided bucket with a wringer. I had even handed her two bottles of floor cleaning solution, which she didn’t even bother to open. Instead, she just used water, leaving the floor soaked without wiping up the excess. She casually warned me, “Be careful, the floor is wet; don’t slip,” and left. I have laminate flooring, which should never be cleaned with water—only with the specific solution I provided to her in advance. When she left, I had to mop up the water with dry cloths, but by then, it was too late. Water had seeped under the thresholds, causing them to swell and detach from the floor. I sent photos of the damaged floor to the company, and they responded by saying they would ask the cleaner about it. Later, they asked me what I planned to do about the damage. I had to wait for the thresholds to dry out and then spend time and effort repairing them with glue. I canceled my next appointment with them, but to my surprise, the same cleaner showed up the following week because the manager sent her again. The manager, who had previously called me multiple times to arrange the initial quote and timing, stopped contacting me altogether after this incident. I booked a last minute service for support at a party we were having at home for around 30 people just so I could enjoy the time a little more and not be cleaning / plating the whole time! Kim was brilliant, she was so helpful and had great initiative on what needed to be done. Extremely disappointed. This was my third time using them. The cleaner who came twice before(Munil) did the job well but this time they sent Clari who called her boss and lied that i have asked her to do deep cleaning whereas she was just asked to vacum under the sofas that too just one room because the dust goes under the sofas quick as we have hard flooring in that room ( I have also attached a photo of whats included in their general cleaning list which they sent me before the first visit and its clearly mentioned that they have to Vaccum/clean furniture and floors) On top she was bothered that i was with her in that room while she was cleaning and told her boss to tell me to leave the room as she knows how to clean. Firstly shes no one to tell me what to do in my own house and secondly how can I trust someone who’s coming to clean the first time and thirdly I know how i want my house to be cleaned and thats what i am paying for. Punctual, professional and friendly

Great small business for domestic cleaning. We have a weekly clean in place at our property in Leighton Buzzard.

Agnieska is always on time and communicates very well with us, she has a very friendly demeanour and even brings treats for our dog! She is very hard working and cleans to a high standard.

She is also very supportive of the fact my partner works night shifts and is often asleep during the day.

Anita is very helpful with organising the administrative side of the business.

Kept emailing me for a commitment to their service then kept telling me I was too far away and difficult to get to despite telling me they worked my area. They hiked up the price and insisted on more hours then I originally wanted. Said the company do not have many staff that drive and most were on holiday. I continued to give them the benefit of the doubt, but staff very unreliable. One did not turn up because it was raining, the one who should be coming regularly failed to show up. A wast of my time. Hello Susanna Unfortunately 2.5hrs is not long enough to clean a four bedroom house and we could not keep changing day and times as you requested. Our staff work fixed days and times weekly as they have other clients booked. We wish you all the best

I was going to sell my business to them in September of 2022 and cancelled the sale in Oct. This was due to many reasons but mainly to the lies and deceit in making the sale. After setting a deadline for the sale or at least a offer, which did not come. So I cancelled the sale, they were told to cease all contract and visits to my clients which they did not. All I got was slanderous responses from them so after seeking legal advice I have made a complaint to the police via feaud action in regards to there deceitful and illegal theft of about a 3rd of my clients as well as starting a civil case for the loss of finances, delvaluevaton or my business, etc..

Very friendly and professional, would use again.

Peter came along and did a great job trimming our shrubs and bushes. We are now able to start thinking about next years planting.

Arranged very quickly for a weekly clean. The house has been cleaned efficiently and the way I like it with good communication about what needs doing, how often etc.
