Printer Care 24x7

My computer was faulty and this company talked me through all the options available and their was a satisfactory conclusion with everything working again.

My thanks got to Mike for sorting out my computer and printer after an electrical failure, he was very patient in explaining what i should do, I will surly be back if i get computer problems agan.

I found David very helpful and patient with my poor understanding of computer terminology. I had been struggling with trying to use my laptop after my emails had been hacked he sorted everything out for me and called the next day to ensure I was happy and had no further issues.

David has been very patient & helpful sorting out the problems with my old printer, and helping me to set up anew one. He also cleaned up and defragmented all the unnecessary 'stuff' on my computer.

Initially I was wary of giving David my details. But,as time went on and he helped me so much -by explaining why and how the PC worked I became more confident in his abiliy to help me. He explained everything in simple language and allowed me to participate in putting in verification details etc. He was kind and very easy to talk to. We discussed payment and he was very good at explaining costs and we were able to come to a conclusion over the invoice that suited us both. He gave me his details for contact and said I could phone at any time which was music to my ears as I have been trying for a long time to put my PC right. I would recommend that any one with a PC problem contact him, he was good about it. I must have driven him mad !! Can think of several thingsto ask him will but will have some more thought first.

Functional, step-by-step approach to the issue. Courteous, patient operator who showed commendable tenacity for over 3 hours, finally getting the desired result: a clean and working pc.

David worked with me on my frozen pc for over 3 hours, which for me was sometimes a rather mind-numbing experience. However, it had to be done, as the computer had been so badly infected, and David somehow negotiated every step along the way with amazing calmness and knowhow. I have been having problems with my computer over the past few days. Printer Care called me back and without any hassle or even much time, was able to fix things for me.
