I can’t recommend Presidential Removal Ltd highly enough. They were recommended to us by a friend, and they completely lived up to that recommendation. Our move was far from straightforward, with exchange and completion happening on the same day, which could have been incredibly stressful. The team were calm, professional, and extremely organised throughout. They packed everything quickly and carefully, labelling boxes clearly which made unpacking so much easier at the other end. They dismantled beds and furniture with no fuss, and once we arrived at the new property, they worked just as efficiently unloading everything. They reassembled beds, cots, and tables, reconnected appliances, and even took care to protect our new carpets with floor coverings, which was a really thoughtful touch. With two young children, I honestly don’t think we could have managed the move without them. When complications came up, they offered practical solutions and helped keep us calm during what could have been a very overwhelming day. As much as I hope we don’t have to move again anytime soon, if we did, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone. Absolutely worth the money. We were completely let down at the last minute by another company and, two days before moving, we genuinely didn’t even know if our move was going to happen. From the moment we spoke to Alex at Presidential, he was calm, supportive and incredibly helpful. He even did a video call with us straight away so he could understand exactly what we needed. Alex had all of his vans out elsewhere but still went above and beyond to make it work — he found another van, organised a great team, and did absolutely everything he possibly could to help us. The team were lovely, hardworking and professional, and on the day everything ran smoothly. They were also very careful with all our furniture and handled everything with real care. Can’t praise these guys enough. Was given a moving day with only 3 days to find someone, found these by googling moving companies and checked their reviews. Spoke with Adi who was nothing but polite and professional and understanding. Price was cheaper than others but that doesn’t means worse. The day before we arranged a time that best suited me due to not exchanging and completing. Turned up on time and could see how stressed out we was due to not being fully packed, but Adi and his team calmed us down told us not to worry and just got to work like true professionals. Had packing supplies if we needed them and keep talking to us throughout the day. When unpacking at our new house they were quick and brilliant if something was in the wrong place could ask them and wasn’t a problem to replace it. Had a chat throughout the day with Adi this is a family business who cares about their customers. If you need a team to help you move hit these guys up I have nothing but great words for them and can’t praise them up enough, definitely a 11/10. These guys were incredible! Adi is such a kind heart wrapped in a giant’s frame. Moving homes can be stressful, but he made it feel easy and smooth.
