Dan and his team got me out of a difficult spot last minute. I called him first thing in the morning to help clear up my scaffolding after we were left in a bind. He responded courteously and offered to attend that same morning in the hammering rain, even to clear up a significant number of roof tiles that had been left at the top by other contractors. Scaffolding has been up for three months after the small job was done. We should have charged them for storage. It took multiple phone calls to get it removed.

In April, after providing pictures of where I needed scaffolding to be placed and speaking with Dan, a date was booked for 29th May. The team didn't arrive on the 29th and after speaking with Dan, we rearranged for the 30th May. Two people arrived at 8.30am on the 30th to install the scaffolding. After confirming requirements I left the team to it, however 10 minutes later they apologised and said they had been called to another urgent job but would return within a couple of hours.....but they didn't. I called Dan on Friday, leaving a voice message, to understand the reasons his team did not return. However my call was not returned. Frustratingly I had booked two weeks off work and organised tradesman based on the scaffolding being fitted. I can not comment on the quality of their work, but if their lack of customer service, professionalism and common decency is anything to go by, then I will take them not completing the job as a blessing in disguise. Dan and his team offer a great service and value for money. They were quick to react and erected a Chimney scaffold for me, which allowed my builder to install a flyer liner and carry out chimney repairs. They then struck the scaffold the following week. While refurbishing my home I have used Premier for wall and roof access scaffolding and specialist asbestos removal works scaffold. They coordinated with the asbestos company to install to their special requirements. The scaffold was initially installed at short notice and all adjustments were undertaken quickly. Dan and his team were incredibly helpful for providing the scaffolding on our house that required a new roof. There were some unique requirements from us as our road is a shared single lane, so the scaffolding could not block access for the other residents. Dan and his team were able to keep the road clear and maintain access for everyone and was very communicative throughout. Got a quote without having an actual confirmed date for my contractor, but Premier was able to accommodate at short notice with the same quote. Despite dates set, nobody showed for 3 days to erect the scaffolding. Date set to dismantle, again nobody showed. Next day scaffolding taken down without any notification, call or text. A simple text to notify about the change would solve the problem. Simple customer communication thats all.
