Our old patios, steps and decking were showing their age - green from overhanging trees, dangerously slippy when wet, and generally looking shabby. We chose Chris as a local East Devon tradesman from a Google search and we weren’t disappointed! After a day’s hard work, the patio looks great, the pathway over the lawn is back to as-new condition, and the decking is all ready for summer. More importantly, all surfaces are now safe to walk on! Chris is the most diligent, professional, hardworking man you could hope to meet. We found him through a Google search for someone to pressure wash our tarmac driveway. He assessed the condition of the surface and we discussed options for cleaning it. His pricing was competitive and we felt confident in commissioning him. The appalling weather didn't seem to bother him and he achieved an excellent result, far better than we expected. All detritus was cleared up and taken away. So now we thought about our north facing roof which bore a covering of moss almost like turf! Needless to say, Chris has removed it perfectly, treated the roof in order to delay recurrence, and left the surrounding area totally clean. I recently had a large section of walls and steps at a converted block of flats washed and treated by Chris. I found him to be very friendly, professional and had great communication skills throughout the job. The building looks amazing, he also cleaned the steps and concrete floor which where in a terrible state with fungus/mould. Everything looks sparkling clean now so very pleased with the outcome. What a professional job Chris did in soft washing to avoid damaging the surface to our Resin covered driveway bringing it back to its original colour. He came out to Teignmouth texted say his eta Arrived on time fully explained the process and cost, chemicals involved and his licences required were upto date.He then dressed himself in the appropriate safety wear. I phoned Chris on a Sunday afternoon as his ite stated his phone live 24/7, Hcame out the same afternoon and efficiently measured the area, discussed what he would do and after his quote was accepted booked a date to do the work. He turned up on time, did a thorough and brilliant job, leaving all clean and tidy. I phoned him again 2 days later to ask him to measure and quote to do the work on our neighbour's drive. He called back to say he would be with me in an hour and if quote acceptable would do th work the same day.. The quote was ccepted and the work done, leaving the site clean and tidy. Woodbury tennis courts lie under a host of trees and annually over winter suffer moss and algae growth, this is visually unattractive but more importantly dangerous. Kryz of Power wash solutions spent two days power hosing and sweeping to leave two pristine courts and clean surrounds, the courts look as if they have been freshly painted. I couldn't of asked for a better person to do my jet washing in Torquay, Chris did my balcony,patios, paths and driveway.

I live over 5 hours away so I was worried as I wasn't at the property but Chris made it a breeze. I have had this service before from different people but never as good as this man kept me updated all the time with phone calls, texts and photos as it was a very big area.

The power washing was first class, however there were problems with drainage soak away, which took sometime to drain.

Chris was absolutely amazing. His work was beyond our expectations. He is friendly, honest and very hardworking.
I would not hesitate to use his services again or recommend him to anyone else.
