We used Paul and the team for our wedding car hire.We hired the Austin Limousine Princess.Communication from the start was brilliant, we were able to view the cars before making our choice and booking in was a very smooth process. Both Paul and John who was our driver on the day were brilliant.John was nice and early on the day, and gave us a 5 minute warning for when we had to leave, got me to the ceremony with time to spare and even provided bottles of water afterwards for our journey to the reception, which was very welcome!Brilliant company, would highly recommend! Amazing from start to finish. The communication when booking our car was second to none. Paul and his team tested the journey from home to church and church to the reception venue. He then ran through all the timings with us via phone and confirmed with a text so we all knew when to expect the cars. Our driver was amazing went above and beyond taking photos when leaving our home, providing water in the heat and adding a little extra in our journey as we were early. Highly recommend! More...

Had the use of this beautiful car at our wedding last month. All I can say is that Paul was a total gentleman and true professional from day 1. From the minute we went to view the cars right up until the day itself. He kept in constant touch within us and did a “dummy “ run a few days before the day. He turned up in plenty of time and assured me we wouldn’t leave until I was ready. There was the unfortunate issue of an RTA on the day and roads had been closed. Paul was constantly checking for alternative routes and still got me there on time. An absolute gentleman through and through. From the very first day of meeting paul he gave us all the options and talk us through everything.My wife to be "Jane" settled on the Austin Princess a huge car that easily fit Jane and her 3 bridesmaid's. Amazing, from start to finish. From meeting up with Paul to have a look at the different vehicles available, to the actual day of our wedding. A massive thank you to Alan the driver who we had on our special day, for taking good care of myself and my uncle on the way to the ceremony. He was very attentive with offering water with it being such a warm day. I was originally going to use my own car as a wedding car to save money, until I met and spoke to Paul at the wedding show at the Aquarius Ballroom Hednesford, thats when i realised I couldn't have had my wedding without one of his cars. I asked him about prices (still wanting an affordable car) I decided to go with the beautiful Bentley, as I also knew my husband would love it and the cherry on top... Paul would be the driver 😊The journey from home to the ceremony with my mom was relaxing and comfortable. When picking up myself and my husband to go to the reception, he waited patiently while we were just finishing having photos taken, he made the ride there cosy and peaceful, while holding nice conversation throughout.
