Short notice job to fill wiring and other channels. Excellent job and will be keeping his number on my phone.

Peter was communicative, polite and prompt. He was keen to understand the job and offered to come and see it to quote. It was great that he could be flexible with availability and the job was neat and tidy.

Turned up and had a conversation about how the job wasn't what they where told by their boss, spent 30 minutes talking about the ladder that didn't fit and weather to get another one. Left to get a new ladder at 10:30 and didn't turn back up. Rang the number on 2 occasions with no answer. More...

Sent my 2 lads to job to do it as I couldn't do it myself as had a family emergency don't know why they didn't complete it not happy at all with lads or customer as I would of completed job myself tomorrow if he had not been so impatient I value my feedback and dont let customers down intentionally not happy about this
