I worked with Plan It on both the designs for a full reconfigure and extension of our newly purchased house and also designs for our rear garden. Frazer and the Plan It team were excellent from start to finish. They fully managed the architectural drawings and guided us through all of the technical pre-project stages, making what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and well organised.

What really set Frazer apart was going beyond just the design work — he also connected us with several builders (we ended up choosing Ambrose at HBB Ltd) who turned out to be outstanding and delivered the project to a very high standard.

The project was completed just before we welcomed our newborn, which made the timing absolutely perfect and took a huge amount of pressure off us during an already busy and emotional period.

We’re extremely happy with the final result and genuinely grateful for the support, professionalism and network that Frazer brought to the project. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Plan It to anyone planning a renovation or build.

I am mid build with Plan IT on a project to add a wraparound extension to a bungalow - The partnership process so far has been faultless, with the right blend of professionalism and engagement.

This process to most of us is a confusing and daunting, I am pleased to say Frazer, Harry and Alicia have where needed simplified the terminology and process and been a joy to work with.

The design and planning approval went smoothly and exactly as the team advised.


We are in build and probably the most valuable part of the service at this point is their continued engagement and relationship with my builder JB Construction and Renovations, this has enabled the rapid resolution of queries and challenges as they arrive.

We used PlanIt earlier this year for our 2 storey kitchen and bedroom extension. It was our first extension and we had absolutely no idea about anything! Frazer travelled to our home and explained everything, a complete idiots guide - he was very knowledgeable. We thought they may be too expensive for us as the service they could offer was far better than anyone else we'd spoken to. The quote was in-line with others we'd had and so using PlanIt was the best and easiest decision we made throughout the whole process.

Frazer made contact directly with the builder so we didn't have to play middle man, arranged all of the searches and checks with utility providers. Even post-build is still helping us arrange the signing off with building regs.

PlanIt took so much stress and work out of the build for us and gave us so much advice which undoubtedly saved us time and money. We're very grateful for their help and would highly recommend. More...

I had seen Plan It on Facebook with lots of great comments regarding them. I saw they were local and thought I would give them a call. They were so professional but made me feel very at ease. They were clear in explaining everything and were competitive with their costs. Nothing was too much trouble. Plans were passed without problems. When we struggled with finding a builder, the guys stepped in with some recommendations. They came with the builder to discuss the project together, very hands on. Best decision we made! Frazer and the team helped us plan our rear extension porch showing us options that we hadn't previously thought of. The team were knowledgeable and experienced and very patient with us whilst we finalised what we wanted to put in for the Bromley planning application. The initial fee was clearly laid out and really good value compared to others offering similar services. We had a mix of on site and Zoom meetings which worked really well for us. The team got our plans approved, supported with the building control team appointment and were available for questions and queries during the build phase. Absolutely everything about the experience I have had with Plan It has been exceptional. Having attempted to submit a planning application I realised when it was returned as invalid by the council that professional help was needed. There was a short window for re submitting the amendments and Frazer and Harry arrived promptly got to work and reassured me that they would meet the deadline.
