I can’t recommend Michael and team from Peck’s Property Services highly enough. He recently carried out some minor repairs and a full repaint of my two bedroom flat, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results. From start to finish, he was polite, professional, and incredibly tidy, nothing was too much trouble.

He took real care in preparing the walls properly, and the finish is just beautiful! Clean, even, and so much brighter. It’s made the whole place feel new again. I also appreciated how he kept me updated throughout, explained what he was doing, and worked around my schedule without any fuss.

We required carpets to be removed and laminate flooring to be installed in 4 bedrooms and 2 passageways, we went with pecks maintenance with the work completed over 4 days.
We also had some painting and electrical work carried out by them.

I engaged Michael and team to renovate a 1-bed flat in SE15. The flat had been a rental for 10 years, the last 2.5 years were not well looked after by tenants with broken door handles, mould throughout and more than general wear and tear.

The jobs included:
- clearing out all furniture
- remove carpets from 1 bedroom
- small fixes, door handles, ceiling inspection hatches, bath panel. New thermostat. Remove / replace silicone.
- mould treatment
- re-paint all walls and ceilings

This was all completed within 1 week.

Very reliable and hard working. We agreed on the date that they can commence work. I received a text two days prior to the date as a gentle reminder.

On the date Michael and his assistant arrived deadly on time. They worked according to plan and agreement and there were no delays and no excuses.

We needed a 22ft high stairwell with a variety of cracks that needed repairing and painting, we had other decorators in that weren't keen on doing the work, Michael gave a carefully considered quote at a reasonable price and completed the task within the agreed timescale to a very high standard, we will certainly be happy to use again when required.
