I have been a piano teacher, singing teacher and music theory teacher for about 15 years now.
I started performing at age 12 and the experience acquired throughout the years, is a huge advantage to teach my students.

His ability to explain complex theory in a simple way along with his enthusiasm for music makes for some great lessons which leave you with a feeling of anything is possible. Wow what a guy. Having never played the piano previously and barely touched a musical instrument, I was very nervous. Paulo proceeded to make me feel more confident and assisted me with my target to great effect.
He managed to somehow enabled me to play my wife’s wedding song as she walked down the aisle, in addition to helping me AGAIN with the vocals. Needless to say she was shocked and made everybody cry with happiness!

We are very glad to choose Paulo as a piano teacher. My son George never ever played piano but with the tutorial lessons he had with Paulo he starts to enjoy playing piano.
Paulo is a very good teacher and he spends 45 minutes each week with George and he explains everything nicely and slowly so George can comprehend all lesson. He comes to us all the way from Bracknell and always on time. He said he will take George from our house in Ascot to his house in Bracknell as he got a big piano
to let George practice on it once a month which is very kind of him. His charges are very reasonable for his expertise and look after his students very well. Thank you Paulo .

What do you love most about your job?
Being able to use this beautiful form of art called music to educate my students with my knowledge and live performance experience, gives much joy! Remember a teacher very often does more than teach music, the teacher also helps the students increasing their self-confidence, believing in themselves.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I picture my students becoming really good at piano or singing and possibly making a professional career of it, plus in some cases getting scholarships because of their graded music exams!

I can do online but face-to-face is the best method for lessons, in my view.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We switched for online lessons for a while in some cases and others we used face masks, keeping a physical distance between student an teacher.

Piano has been one of my passions since I was a child.
Teaching others to play the piano gives me great pleasure.
