What’s the secret to keeping a party dancing all night long?
Playing suitable music at the right volume and offering the client an impressive visual display.
How would you describe your ‘style’?
We adopt an old-school approach, stay friendly, and have a unique way of presenting ourselves. We often take a walkabout early in the evening to introduce ourselves and discover what kind of music our guests would like us to play.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing people enjoy themselves because of my efforts is a wonderful reward.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I first heard the word Discotheque in 1970 and wondered what it was. After some research, I eventually discovered its meaning, and it sounded like a lot of fun. After planning a bit, I designed and built my first Disco unit and lighting controllers, as they didn't exist back then, unlike today. Since it had already cost me quite a few pounds, I started organising parties. Now, with over 7000 shows to our name, we are still going strong and enjoying it as much as ever.

If you live in Essex, Hertfordshire, or the surrounding areas, we can provide you with excellent entertainment. We also offer a level of service that you won't find with the average DJ.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We wear yellow Hazmat suits! - just kidding. There isn't much we can really do in our trade.
PA Hire
We have two sound systems that we use: one as the main PA and the other for monitoring, smaller jobs, or as an auxiliary system in another room.
Laser Hire
Two 3-watt RGB laser systems that can be integrated into a show for that extra wow factor.
Lighting System
Depending on the venue size and clients' budgets, we utilise a combination of high-power LED moving heads, multi-beam sweepers, mirror ball simulators, spotlights, projectors, beam lights and high powered RGB Lasers, all controlled by a state-of-the-art lighting desk.
