Highly recommend Northwest House Clearances. Dan was absolutely amazing, communication was excellent, he turned up on time and did an incredible job with his colleague. The two gents moved heavy furniture and emptied the house then unloaded into the new house at the other end. They were respectful of our property and handled everything with care. The lads worked really hard, we couldn't have done the move without them. Moving house is incredibly stressful but Dan took so much pressure off us and made it the process so much easier. What do you love most about your job?
They say it’s not work if you love what you do! I genuinely love that every single day is different and brings the opportunity to meet new people and help them clear and refresh their spaces.
What inspired you to start your own business?
This trade runs in my family—my father did this work before me, so I grew up learning the ins and outs of the business from a young age. Stepping into his shoes and running my own company gives me both a strong sense of pride and the freedom to truly enjoy life.
Why should our clients choose you?
First and foremost, we are a fully registered waste carrier, which is incredibly important in an industry where illegal fly-tipping and rogue traders are common. We are deeply committed to sustainability, making sure we recycle and upcycle as much as possible to keep waste out of landfills. Additionally, we offer a fair and unique pricing model: if there are saleable items within the clearance, we will offset their value against the overall price of the job to save you money.

Yes, we can provide initial estimates remotely if you send us detailed photos or videos of the items and space. However, we always prefer a quick, free on-site viewing whenever possible, as this allows us to provide you with a 100% accurate, transparent, and final quote.
