We booked Nigel Chapman Photography for our wedding in Harrow on the Hill, London and they were absolutely incredible. From the first contact to the big day, everything was handled with such warmth, passion, professionalism, and care. They were friendly, calm and organised, which really helped us relax and actually enjoy having our photos taken without ever feeling intrusive.

On very short notice, we needed a photographer and videographer for our wedding, and Nigel was easily the best choice for this occasion.

Nigel very carefully and painstakingly made 2 sets of images and 2 different videos for us (highlights reel and ceremony footage), all in high definition and edited well, while capturing the most beautiful memories of the day so perfectly for us.

Nigel is a pleasure to work with, proactive, very patient (especially with large and or rowdy groups! - thank you again Nigel!) and takes the initiative to get the best photos which other photographers will not, especially for Asian celebrations due to his cultural understanding and respect.

Nigel was the photographer at our wedding. I was apprehensive as I don’t like posing and dislike pictures that are too staged. My daughter made contact with Nigel and explained what we were looking for, and I needn’t have worried. Nigel was amazing. He listened and understood exactly what we wanted. Nigel was an absolutely brilliant wedding photographer. He took time before the day to understand what our wedding would be like and what we wanted from the photos, which was super helpful, and meant the images we got were absolutely what we were hoping for. Nigel was the photographer and videographer for our wedding. He not only captured every amazing moment of our day, but enhanced them with his friendly and humourous personality. Nigel befriended everyone there, made the images fun to take, and got everyone laughing as the photos were taken so everything looks natural. And when he left he personally said goodbye to every guest present. Somehow Nigel was able to take photos from every different angle without anyone noticing he was there. Looking through the photos afterwards it seems like Nigel has the ability to teleport! At first we were only going to go with the photos, but Nigel managed to convince us to have a 3 minute video as well and wow, we are so glad that we did! The video Nigel produces is beautiful and truly captures every moment of the day. We booked Nigel for our wedding in August and could not be happier with the photos and videos produced. A few things to highlight in particular about our experience: - He is a great wedding guest - we have spoken to many friends and family since who have fond recollections of chatting to Nigel on the day. He is very warm, accommodating and has great energy, both in preceding phone call and on the day. - He is very hardworking - we asked for documentary style photos of our day with some portraits after the service. We were not expecting the sheer volume of images we received! We had around 100 guests and feel like we have at least one great photo of every one of them. He was like a ninja and was everywhere - would love to see his Strava for the day! - The quality of his work - fantastic! So pleased to have such beautiful photos to remember our day. Nigel is one of the nicest men I have ever met; apart from my husband of course. My guests assumed he was a friend, who I had known for years & were surprised to hear I met him for the first time on my wedding day. He called me about a week before my wedding to talk through my needs, concerns (posed photos make me feel uncomfortable) & expectations & arrived early on the day to meet James & I as we arrived at the Henley Registry Office. He was so incredibly accommodating & fun on the day & captured my day perfectly. And that’s coming from someone who is a perfectionist & a stickler for standards.
