They know exactly what I need to get both the gardens back to what they need to be. Theyve, so far (only first visit) made a proper edging to the back garden between the lawn and the bushes.
Theyve mowed both lawns and tidied up some of the bushes. Unfortunately, they had to stop, as rain came pouring down. They were due to return briefly yesterday to spray the weeds but again it was raining. We are working for them to visit fortnightly to maintain the gardens.
I am well impressed with their work and their costs are very reasonable.
I will recommend them to friends in Milton Keynes.

Thanks Brett W. for your review. I wish I had read it before attending a wedding there recently. Guests were still being turned away from using the restrooms. It is easy to be dazzled by the ethereal glitzy setting but there is a serious layout problem and staff service sub-par performance problems. A relatively new venue is already beginning to show wear and tear (missing buttons on chairs, broken marble and mirror, and decor not in tiptop shape.) Additionally, it would not pass a white glove test for dust. Staff is either inexperienced or not properly trained. Two bar tenders were hired for event I attended. At times, only one was present behind the bar and did not have enough mixology experience to create a decent cocktail. Clearly, this venue's idea of bar service was self service to very limited mixes. Soda cans were placed on bar for guests to grab and go. Wish this information had been better convened at onset. Bar tender was not even aware grapefruit juice was available for a simple vodka and grapefruit cocktail. Guests were not informed cake service was self service or that coffee at the bar was ready. Another indication of self service theme. Water glasses were not refilled. Timing of guests to buffet was poorly handled. These are just some examples that if corrected would result in a better experience for guests. Side note example: cake display area is beautiful but does not allow guests room or visibility to see couple cut the cake. Easy fix would be to wheel cake out in open for custom. Time schedules demanded by staff are not adhered to by staff. (Too busy selling venue for another event.) Contract was changed multiple times by venue with little to no attention to details in original contract. Ultimately venue did honor original contract details but customer had to be diligent. This indicates an unprofessional experience. While it has the potential to be highly sought after venue, unless service is raised and facility is maintained, it will fail. More...

First, I would like to say the staff was friendly! My husband and I felt like family every time we called, texted, or met. Our event manager Francisco was so freaking awesome as well , he made sure every question was answered, didn’t hesitate to assist even when he wasn’t supposed to, and the positive energy he gives off was very calming for me as the bride. Second, the decor was was beyond beautiful even though we’ve seen it many times on our journey to the big day it’s just different when you see yours for the first time in live production, it really left a lasting impression on a lot of our guest. I had the honors of working with a Tampa Day of coordinator (DOC) for my Brandon wedding. At first being Brandon bride was tough as the venue was being built during and up until the day of my wedding. My wedding was ran off of a generator, and before you say oh no not my wedding trust me it can happen and it did but Jess being my DOC who also had no idea it was happening made sure my day ran perfectly and smoothly. The generator was no worry at all the lights and music and ac ran as smoothly as it could have no one even noticed not even heard the generator outside. Jess was absolutely amazing from consoling me, making sure my husband and I had drinks and food she even helped reapply my lipstick. I mean any coordinator can make sure your venue runs smoothly but making sure the bride and groom were beyond taking care of takes a special kind of awesome and man Jess was just that. I have nothing negative to say about the venue it was beautiful the staff was amazing and super nice and quick too. They made sure the champagne toast was done and ready for reception time and they even helped pack the boxes of all my stuff to go. Crystal Ballroom did an outstanding job with our wedding last Friday! The service staff was friendly and helpful. They work so quickly! Our guests said this is one of the most beautiful weddings they’d been to. What do you love most about your job?
I love the most about my job is being able to work outside everyday enjoying what milton keynes has to offer. I also love getting to meet new people on a regular basis and be welcomed into their homes.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After working in the trade for over 5 years i was inspired to start my own company by a customer who was changing contractors and personally wanted myself to carry out the work on site. To have some one personally request you is a great feeling.
