When I bought my end of terrace 1930's house I had it completely renovated; reroofed, rewired, replumbed, replastered and painted inside and out. Within weeks of moving in it was was obvious that the rear wall was damp, all the wallpaper peeled and then mould developed.Over the next year my builder suggested many remedies, new gutters, new windowsills, stripping back and replastering again,I spent a lot more and the damp got worse, by winter I dreaded rain, had two serious leaks (and two buckets) and couldn't keep mould away. When my builder finally suggested it might be cracks in the render I started to look online and found Never Paint Again. By now I was at my wit's end and very sceptical, but thank goodness Justin answered my call that day. A few days later he visited to see the job and advise me. He was calm, kind and clearly knew what he was talking about. It seemed to be the only thing I hadn't tried, so I signed up to have the whole house coated.Pasinters Richard and Craig travelled down the night before the job, and arrived before 8am next day. They worked until 2pm, took 30 mins, then cracked on until past 7pm. Next day the same, and they finished, cleared up beautifully and left late afternoon. I was astonished at how thorough and professional they were, and the house looked smarter than ever before.Since then I have not had a drop of water through - and there was exceptional rain months later, and my walls are now dry. Every time it rains I'm grateful to Never Paint Again.I highly recommend Never Paint Again, and my special thanks to Justin, who spent a lot of time reassuring me between signing up and the job starting, and Craig and Richard for their immaculate work. My house looks, and is, transformed More...

Our thanks to Darren and Matt who completed a full house and garden walls render fix and Wethertex coating in just 2½ days. The skill, care taken, courtesy and clean-up operation was second to none. They have revitalised our tired, weather-worn, blown in places and cracked old cream render with a fresh, 'chalk white', MP44 coating - with a medium coarse coarseness to enhance the country cottage style appearance of our semi-detached home.Care was also taken to protect our adjoining neighbouring property which we are grateful for, they also managed a tricky shared driveway situation with courtesy and respect for those around us.We are very impressed with the final finish, it has transformed our home. The work also comes with a 20-year guarantee from chipping, cracking and peeling which was registered very soon after completion for peace of mind.Bring on the Cornish coastal elements that often batter our home throughout the winter and hopefully - as the name suggests - we never have to paint again! We are absolutely delighted with the transformation of our pebbledashed bungalow in Plymouth. The difference is incredible and the whole exterior now looks fresh, clean and completely renewed. From the very beginning, the team were brilliant. Everyone we dealt with was polite, helpful, friendly and extremely respectful of our home and our neighbours. They were always happy to answer questions, explain what they were doing and keep us informed throughout the work. The team worked incredibly hard, especially carl, and took real care with the preparation and finish. They were also very considerate while working around the property, which made the whole experience much less disruptive than we had expected. More...

Thanks to Mark and Bob who just completed the rendering project at our semi-d in Oxford. We’re really pleased with the result and the efficiency of the team, especially in this crazy heatwave. The wall coating has made a stunning difference to the appearance of our house. Cannot fault the work ethic of the wall coating engineer who was efficient, cheerful and hard working. In fact the whole experience with this company was a pleasure from start to finish. No pushy salesman, just people who knew what they were doing and did exactly what they said they would do.Would certainly use again if ever the need arose. More...

We had our house painted by 'Never paint again' over 5 years ago. It was good for a couple of years then started to get dirty, presumably due to general weathering and pollution. The contract stated it included a high pressure wash every 5 years for 20 years. I contacted them to ask for the wash and they sent me an email stating, among other things, that they are not currently doing the washed so I asked when they would likely to be doing them again and they have just stopped contact. So, it looks OK for a couple of years then gets 'shabby' looking and I would not recommend having it done. More...

I am really impressed with the overall work that was carried out on our home. The house was built in the 1900's and it has now been given a new lease of life. The main benefits are that the house does feel warmer due to the thermal insulation in the coating and the confidence that we will never need to have it painted again. The team that carried out the job were polite, professional and tidied up as they worked.3 of our neighbours has asked for details and I passed them on, would highly recommend. More...

Why should our clients choose you?
We have been specialising in exterior walls since **1986**, giving us decades of practical experience with rendered, pebbledash, Tyrolean and textured properties.
We don't simply apply a coating or paint over existing problems. We assess the condition of the walls first and, where necessary, carry out repairs and preparation before recommending the most appropriate finish.
Our aim is to provide homeowners with **honest, practical advice and a long-lasting solution**, rather than recommending work that isn't necessary.
We also offer a **20-year guarantee** on qualifying work and provide a free, no-obligation survey, so you can understand your options before making a decision.
With real experience repairing and transforming exterior walls, we understand that getting the preparation right is just as important as the finished appearance.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes. While the work itself needs to be carried out at the property, we can provide **initial advice remotely**.
If you're unsure what your exterior walls need, you can send us photographs of the property and the areas you're concerned about. We can often give you an initial indication of the likely issues and whether our services may be suitable.
For a proper assessment and quotation, we can then arrange a **free, no-obligation survey at your property**.
Exterior wall coatings
Professional exterior wall coating systems for homeowners looking to improve the appearance and long-term protection of their property.
We specialise in **textured and protective finishes for rendered walls, pebbledash, Tyrolean and other exterior surfaces**, particularly where ordinary masonry paint is repeatedly failing or the walls are beginning to look tired, weathered or uneven.
Before any coating is applied, we assess the condition of the walls and identify any cracks, damaged render or other preparation work that may be needed. The aim is not simply to cover existing problems, but to prepare the surface properly so the finished system can perform as it should.
Our exterior wall coating service can be particularly suitable for homeowners who are looking for a **longer-lasting alternative to repeatedly repainting their house** and want their exterior to look cared for and protected for years to come.
**Established since 1986 | 20-year guarantee | Free, no-obligation survey**
If your exterior walls are cracked, faded, weathered or simply becoming difficult to maintain, get in touch and we can assess the property and explain the options available.

Not sure what your home actually needs?
That's completely understandable.
Exterior problems aren't always as straightforward as they appear. A wall that looks like it simply needs painting may actually have damaged render, cracking, water penetration or another underlying problem.
We can assess the condition of your exterior and explain the options available to you.
There is no obligation to proceed.
