Naiquan has been influential in my development of gaining knowledge and understanding on my journey to achieving my ideal body. He has given and guided me to the information of how to understand my anatomy n target muscle groups through a variety of exercises to achieve muscle growth! Also he has given me the nutritional aspect of fitness to further enhance muscle growth! I was seeking marathon preparation training plus some fat loss and improvements in strength.
I was also keen to avoid a previous ankle-related injury from reoccurring and wanted to continue with the balance training that had helped in the past.
Having chosen Jaroy as my personal trainer, he has been focussing on improving my running technique and strengthening my gluteus muscles.
He does push you hard but you do get great results.
I'm happy to say JaRoy’s training helped me both mentally physically compete in various marathons including the 2019 Great North run.

The best PT I’ve had! JaRoy really takes the time to create a training program with the best exercises and diet for your goal. I felt I personally wasn’t putting on weight no matter how much I ate. But JaRoy made some changes to my diet and, in combination with the exercises he’s given me, I have almost reached my goal weight whilst staying lean. He’s so friendly and is always ready to answer any questions you have about training or dieting. At NAIQUAN, we do not believe in rigid diet plans that fall apart after two weeks. We build sustainable nutrition habits around your real life, your goals, and how your body responds. For clients who want deeper insight, our Bioresonance Sensitivity Testing can show exactly how your body reacts to specific foods before we build anything.

We start with the why. Understanding what is really driving someone toward a goal is the most powerful accountability tool there is. From there we build a structured plan with clear milestones, regular check-ins, and the kind of honest coaching that keeps you moving even when motivation drops. Fitness at NAIQUAN does not sit in isolation. It connects to your nutrition, your rest, your mindset, and your recovery. That joined-up approach is why our clients see results that last.

There is no secret, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. What works is small, consistent actions that compound into habits, and habits that eventually just become your lifestyle. Watching people surprise themselves. There is a moment in almost every client journey where they realise they are capable of far more than they thought when they first came to me. I grew up in Montserrat in the Caribbean, where wellness was not something you had to think about. It was built into the way people ate, moved, rested, and looked after each other. When I moved to the UK I noticed how disconnected people had become from that way of living, and I saw the toll it was taking. I had been helping people with their health and fitness informally for years and kept seeing real results. Eventually it became clear that this was the work I was meant to do properly. NAIQUAN is the result of that. Six pillars, one philosophy, rooted in where I come from.

Because I treat every client as a whole person, not a set of symptoms or a single goal. Most wellness services address one thing in isolation. At NAIQUAN we look at fitness, nutrition, mindset, recovery, and the accountability structures that make the difference between knowing what to do and actually doing it consistently. I bring six years of coaching experience, a BSc, and a genuinely holistic approach built on Caribbean wellness philosophy. You are not just getting a coach. You are getting a partner who stays invested in your progress long after the session ends.

Yes, all NAIQUAN services are available online. Coaching sessions are delivered via video call and clients receive their plans, resources, and check-ins through their preferred channel. Remote clients receive exactly the same level of personalised support and accountability as in-person clients. Many of my clients work with me entirely online and achieve the same results.

The measures we put in place during the pandemic shaped how NAIQUAN operates today for the better. All clients now have the option to work with us fully online or in person, and that flexibility is permanent. We maintain high standards of hygiene for any in-person sessions and keep client group sizes intentional so every person receives proper attention. Covid reminded us that health is not just physical. It reinforced everything NAIQUAN was already built around: looking after the whole person, not just reacting when something goes wrong.

We build nutrition plans around your real life, not an idealised version of it. Whether you are managing weight, energy, digestion, or a specific health concern, your plan is tailored to you. We work with all dietary preferences, including vegan and plant-based. From £80 per session or included in monthly packages.

Life coaching at NAIQUAN goes deeper than goal-setting. We look at your mindset, your habits, your accountability gaps, and the environment that is either supporting or working against your progress. Sessions are 60 minutes and available in person or online. From £80 per session.
