We are very happy with the work Alex carried out yesterday. He had quite a few problems trying to get our old boiler out and sorting all the pipes which were in the wrong place. He worked for 10 hours non-stop with no breaks. He was very polite and tidied up when he finished. He explained how to use the boiler and the little hand held box. Amazing company from the reception staff to the engineers. As first time homeowners boiler care and servicing is so important, and I’m so happy these guys are who we picked. The last owner sent us the details, and even at our first service the engineer remembered fitting the boiler for the previous owners! They give you exact time slots, none of this between 9-5 rubbish that keeps you in the house on those precious days off. You get real time updates letting you know an estimate (although it’s been spot on everytime) when the engineer will knock.We pay for our service once a year as we need it, no pressure to sign up for service plans and all the bells and whistles that go with it. What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to provide a chance to train my sons so they could have a good career in gas engineering.
