I used these guys 3 years ago to collect a dismantled conservatory with all the glass, beads, keys the lot! ….. the guy the other end who i had purchased it off ebay wasn’t the quickest at replying - but MPK were so patient with it and on point with communication. Responded every time efficiently. They moved the dates and times round to be flexible with the seller, they kept me updated with ETA. I was more than surprised and grateful of how much care they had took regarding protecting every single part not just the glass to secure it from any damage in the transportation all with their own equipment/ materials. They bought every part through the back gate in through the porch onto the lawn and even suggested where was best for them to put it until it was due to be fitted the following week (they could of left it all the nearest point for it to be easy for them but didn’t). They made it worth every penny as I could see how many parts this was in and the weight was crazy. So much more work involved than i had originally guessed. Fully appreciate the guys for this. I am so pleased they sent me a text so i now have their number back and saved this time for the future as i can 100% guarantee these guys will deliver a great service again when the time comes. Highly recommend Chris at MPK. He was extremely professional and responsive pre move when I had questions. The service on the day was fantastic too, he arrived on time and had the van loaded in 45 minutes with no fuss. Having had some bad experiences in the past with other companies I was very happy with MPK, no haggling or nasty surprises. Nice when things just get done properly, especially with a stressful house move. More...
