Really excellent service. Great communication. Cane quick and was able to sort on site a broken mechanism on UPVC window that was stuck and couldn't open or close. Replaced with new mech and handle. I contacted MK 24/7 services via their website regarding our back patio uPVC doors which weren’t locking properly. Tim responded within a few hours, asked for some details about the door type, and were very clear and upfront about the likely causes and costs for the common failures. He arranged to come out the very next day.When he arrived, he was friendly, professional, and quickly got to work diagnosing the issue. In the end, it turned out that only the door mechanism needed replacing rather than both the locks and the mechanism. We've used Tim twice now and on both times exceptional service.Firstly, when I tried to change a lock and just couldn't line it up right.
