We booked Midlux Chauffeurs for our journey to play at the Lily Allen concert in Nottingham, the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. Our driver arrived well in advance of the scheduled time, was immaculately attired, had very very cold water for and was friendly right from the off.The driver beat the traffic with his excellent local knowledge,selecting the most efficient route to ensure we arrived relaxed and with ample time before our performance. Throughout the trip, he remained respectful and professional — happy to converse when we wished, while also affording us privacy to sort our routine out when we spoke about it.For the return journey, he was waiting promptly at the agreed location, and drove smoothly and safely for the duration of the trip home to London. This service removed all the usual stress associated with travel, parking, and public transport. As an international student arriving in the UK for the first time, I was quite nervous about navigating from the airport with all my luggage. Midlux Chauffeurs made the whole experience completely stress-free. My driver was waiting right at arrivals with a clear sign, very polite, friendly and helped me with all my heavy bags.
