From my first contact with Martin at MGK everything was sorted super quick. i had a problem with roof, Martin inspected and confirmed urgent work was required to address the issues before more costly problems would arise this is 47 year old roof and Martin and his teaml had the roof sorted in the week including full ridge tile repairs, removal of moss and new guttering and dowpipes with a very reasonable quote. Recommend MGK Plastics Ltd roofing services highly.Had a problem with a pitched roof that is 47 years old, a number of tiles had slipped and the ridge tile beds had completely broken down. Contacted Martin who inspected roof and advised as i thought, that urgent work was required to stop further more costly problems in the near future.In the week from my initial call the roof was repaired, from the scaffolding being erected, the supplies ordered and delivered, all ridge tiles removed cleaned and re bedded, moss removed, new appropriate deep flow gutters for the roof pitch, down pipes and fascia boards installed. The team were on time, courteous and clean up after work they will answer any questions you may have. The team identified a few further small problems during the works but dealt with these also inside the original quote. They even removed old wiring and an obsolete sky TV dish on request. We asked MGK Plastics for a quote to clean our roof and gutters and install roof tile caps whilst they were doing the same for our neighbour. We received a very fair quote, and the team came to do the work early the next day. We were happy with the high quality of service and the final finish, they even cleaned up the moss that had fallen into our garden. This is what I have written so you know -
I recently had my roof edging replaced and I’m genuinely impressed with the quality of work and the overall service.
From the first visit, the team were professional, friendly, clear in their explanations, and honest about what needed doing. They turned up when they said they would, worked efficiently, and kept everything tidy throughout the job.
The new edging looks excellent and has really lifted the appearance of the house. You can tell the workmanship is solid and built to last. They also took the time to walk me through what they’d done and made sure I was happy before leaving.
It’s refreshing to deal with a company that delivers exactly what they promise with no fuss or upselling. I’d happily recommend them to anyone needing roofing work and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
