We use Jose to help design an extension to our house and replacement of our kitchen.
He listened to what we wanted to get out of this and used that to come up with a layout that we (and some other architects we had over) did not come up with.
Next to a good architect, Jose is also a pleasant person to work with.
He got our building permission sorted without any hurdles.
We are very happy with the end result and can not recommend him enough.

Jose has been brilliant, this was the first time I've used an architect and he helped me throughout the planning process. he's easily contactable, responded promptly to any queries and successfully got planning permission for me to change a commercial premises in Cardiff to a 8 bed HMO all ensuite. great value, great service.
