Matty has a ton of knowledge and it was put to the test with me and my challenges. He lived up to everything at the highest standards. With myself came something different, disabled and hugely overweight. Matty catered specific training to suit my situation, constantly working with me, adjusting when needed and being creative. He kept things fresh and exciting with so many different exercises it was a joy to have him visit my home and give me great training. He’s always forthcoming with nutrition advice and got me in the habits of controlling portion sizes and cutting back on the alcohol.
