First, I don't give compliments easily so what I am about to write about Marcel is genuine as it comes from my experience with him. I had several other providers that day but he was one of the best if not the best. I also gave not so positive feedback about some not so good providers who attended that day. Marcel was a gem. He arrived at least an hour before the event started. He was patient as I arrived late. He was understanding, friendly, approachable, and at the same time very professional. He went beyond call of duty to ensure the pictures told a good story and did not charge extra. He finished the production and delivered the pictures on time without me asking him.
