Manaf is easy to communicate with and knows exactly what needs doing and in what order to get a project ready to start building. I our case, we wanted to make non-material amendments to an existing planning permission on a listed building, and Manafs ideas, knowledge and visual renders were extremely valuable in helping us to make decisions and visualise results. He is a freelancer so rates are reasonable compared to other companies we made enquiries of and as such his attention to detail and level of personal involvement represent good value for money.
