Tayler came to clean my gutters, before he started I showed him a specific part that was high and I needed clearing. He told me it wouldn't be an issue. When he finished everywhere else he said he couldn't reach it because he'd recently lost/damaged his extension pole but would order a new one and come back. A few weeks later I chased him up, he said he'd forgotten and would order the new pole.He then said the pole was too expensive, he hadn't quoted for valleys and would not be coming back. This has left me very disappointed and unable to recommend Tayler/Lux Clean. He should have told me straight off he couldn't do it and I'd have found someone who could. More...

I instructed Lux Clean to clear my gutters and clean soffits. Tayler turned up on time and started preparing and working straight away. Using all modern equipment he worked diligently and skilfully. Spray from his pressure washer splashed windows. He then sprayed windows carefully and soon after, using a hand sprayer and cloth, went over windows to remove water spots.
