I would highly recommend Looe roofing experts. I asked Ben to do an inspection of my loft space due to bad condensation and he booked me in quickly and carried out the inspection. He took the time to explain everything clearly, never pressured me into unnecessary work, and actually gave me his honest opinion and lots of advice on how I could try and remedy the issue without straightaway going for the more expensive option. We have just had two roofs completed by Ben and his team Matt, Ben, Wayne and Kris. For all the hard work they have done. The attention to detail has been outstanding and every step of the way Matt explained everything that he was doing . We recently had our roof replaced by Looe roofing experts, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, the whole experience was excellent. Matt and Wayne, the fitters, were professional, friendly, and clearly very skilled at what they do. They gave great advice, explained everything clearly, and made sure the job was done to the highest standard. The team worked efficiently and kept everything clean and tidy throughout the project. Big thanks to Ben and team for removing an old, leaking garage flat roof and making a smart, solid and waterproof new roof. He managed to find a week that suited both of us at quite short notice. I would not recommend Ben he had a scaffolder working for him in Birmingham he ran his bill up to £3000 and did not pay .He took money from several old people without even starting their jobs then disappeared to set up this company with the money he stole taking his office staff salaries and old people's money with him disappearing in the night DO NOT TRUST HIM

My in laws recently had work done by Ben Sanderson of Looe Roofing Experts who promptly came to their rescue after a storm emergency. He, with Matt and Sean, put in so much effort to make the house watertight, returning multiple times to check on the repairs until the weather improved. He and the team rebuilt the flat roof in a professional manner. He gave good advice about replacing some of the felting and lent a dehumidifier to help dry things out before rebuilding the bedroom ceiling.
Ben arrived at the time stated and worked tirelessly all day.
He's reliable, hardworking, friendly and approachable, explains everything well and is happy to answer any questions.

Arrived on time, completed, was really helpful when we had questions, took photos, cleaned up after themselves (which is rare in my opinion). Would note hesitate to recommend. Fabulous service from start to finish. 2hrs response. Quote visit in two days. Ben is very knowledgeable, polite and always on time. Fixed our leaking roof in two days. Every step was documented in photos and discussed with us. Some extra issues been discovered on the first day and options to tackle them were talked through. We went with additional work with extra cost as it was better option prolonging roof's life. If you want to stick to quoted price Ben will do his best, but I advise to listen to him. There are always hidden jobs to be done, worth the money in long run. Ben and his team was kind to work around our work life on second day, finished on time and tidied the site. It was a pleasure to have Ben and his team working on our roof. We chose Ben because of his knowledge of modern materials and systems, and he has achieved a complete re-design of the complicated valleys joining the pitched roofs of our 77 year-old house and 30 year-old extension. The main valleys have been replaced by a 3-layer system, heat-welded onto the wooden supporting boards, the lower sections of the roof have been redesigned to drain into them, and three of the ridges replaced by a new system that involves clips between the tiles and an under-membrane, solving the problem of some of the joining cement cracking. All works were shown to us every day with photos and videos, and there was a continual discussion of how best to approach the substantial task. There were interim leaks, due to an exceptionally heavy overnight rainstorm during the middle of the works, which were promptly rectified even though Ben was planning to take the day off for a special event. So we definitely feel that we made the right choice, and now have a substantial replacement for what was revealed to be, in part, some previous dodgy work. We would thoroughly recommend Ben and his team to others. More...

Have been troubled by leaks for a number of years - thought fixed - we had another contractor but again a leak. Put job up on Bark and Ben contacted quickly and came out and gave a variety of solutions- really took the time to explain and was really easy to communicate with.
Ben and Derick worked very hard - often late in some difficult conditions but just kept going to ensure all watertight.

I had a small problem with a recent refitting of a felt flat Roof, by Looe Roofing Experts.
