Absolute hero! I broke a hinge at my late fathers house whilst popping in to collect his post, Ivo advised he could be there on 2-4 hours, 2 hours later on the dot his happy face was at the door. Fixed the hinge in about 5 minutes. I cant recommend or thank him enough! More...

I asked for lock replacements and the locksmith suggested anti-snap and anti-drill models. Installation was smooth and now I feel much more secure. Very knowledgeable technician.
