What a special little place! First time ever going out for sushi and it's set the bar incredibly high.The food was divine, beautifully presented and great value for money. Went on a double date and both couples shared an "omakase", a thirty-two piece platter where the chef decides what pieces make it up; we were right to put our trust in them as every selection was fantastic, and the sides and desserts we picked were also amazing!We were also asked to try a complimentary matcha slushy they were testing out - we had three of the four flavours available. The yuzu was nice but our favourites were the mango & coconut, and strawberry & cream!The night was made complete by our server, Kris, who couldn't have been more helpful to us newbies. He was warm, attentive, very thorough in guiding us through our food, and even showed us a neat little chopstick handling 'cheat' for the less dexterous of the group. How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Understand Client Needs: Start with a consultation to discuss the client's vision, preferences, dietary restrictions, and the event's theme or purpose.
Know Your Audience: Consider the tastes and dietary preferences of the guests. A diverse menu catering to various dietary needs (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.) is often appreciated.

What do you love most about your job?
My love for sushi began years ago in Poland, where my passion for cooking first took root. That passion grew when I trained under Sushi Master Matayoshi Haraguchi, who introduced me to the craft’s subtle techniques and traditions. What brings me the greatest joy now is sharing that journey with the people
What inspired you to start your own business?
By 2007 I was preparing sushi from scratch with confidence and opened my own sushi bar. Life brought changes, and my family and I later moved to the UK. After several moves, I finally settled in the historic city of Lincoln in 2014. Through every transition, my dedication to sushi has never faded—it continues to thrive and inspire my work today.
