We were moving and needed to empty a large volume of unwanted items from the old house (including all kitchen cupboards, sheds, loft clutter and some large items such as a broken dishwasher and fridge, old sofa, etc. In total 2 vans’ worth). Kimberley came to take a look in person the day after we called, took a few photos, discussed our needs on location, and sent us a quote the next day. In the end we had to leave ahead of the date when the clearance was due, so we had a further exchange of emails and a phone conversation to sort out the logistics with her. What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We always carry the correct PPE in our vehicles. Should we be asked, before entering a property, to wear masks etc, we will of course respect that request.
