Ross replaced our boiler for us , nothing was too much trouble and he was polite, clean and tidy , he then called back within 48 hours to replace 2 radiator valves that weren't working, all done with no fuss , clean, tidy, friendly and efficient. I have been very pleased + totally satisfied with the recent services I have had from KAS Energy. Matt came last week + did a gas safety check, he was very thorough, polite and helpful. Then he noticed a radiator was going rusty so he noted it + KAS got in touch, the radiator was fitted today . Very speedy service. Matt came + did the job today, again he was very pleasant, put plastic down to walk on, worked hard + got the job done. Recently had to replace my boiler,wanted to support a local company and got in touch with Kas Energy Pluming and Heating,so glad I did ,from 1st point of contact Kim who was very polite and knowledgeable about our problem and arranged for Sam who arrived on time to survey and discuss work to be carried out and at very competitive price, to Alex who arrived on a day arranged to carry out the work, he put in place dust sheets down the moment he entered our property and worked methodicly untill our new boiler was installed, he then took time to explain and show me how to work the new controls and settings, and finally cleaned up and removed all the rubbish and my old boiler. We’ve been using KAS now for over 3 years. We’ve hadRadiators installed.Plumbing fault finding on no hot water - this was the winter and came out within hours. Well Priced, on time, came fitted Worcester Bosch Wall Boiler all the work was carried out clean and tested by Gas Safety qualification, pluming and electrical checked before they left given a extra 5 years free service on top off the 5 years and a extra 5 years on top off the 10 years from Worcester Bosch recommend them 100% every time.

Great experience all round. Initial contact was good and company came straight back, organised a survey quickly. Excellent competitive quote given following survey, which was very professionally done by Sam. Great follow up by Kim and date arranged for work. Alex, the fitter, arrived as arranged, and worked quickly and systematically to install the new boiler and associated work, giving good on site advice when needed and was very respectful to us the home owners. The KAS representative physically attended to survey the house and old boiler, checking water flow rate etc before leaving a written quote at the end of the visit. This is something I prefer to the other over the phone quotes I had which leave me wondering if additional works might be required for ‘unforeseen’ circumstances. The quote was very competitive compared to another local company and an online franchise.Kim speedily replied to a lot of my queries and provided other quotes on different boilers without pressuring me to make a speedy decision.This particular project required replacing two Combi boilers in the property and the work was planned to be carried out over two days. In fact the engineer who arrived on time, Alex, was so competent and knowledgeable about the boilers I had chosen that he fitted both boilers on the same day. Attention to safety was a priority and one of the old flues was extended at no extra cost. After commissioning both boilers and final checks on gas pressures etc Alex explained the system and controls to my tenants rather than just handing over instruction manuals, which was much appreciated.The work was carried out to a neat high standard and with due regard to respecting the property. We recently had KAS Energy replace our old central heating and hot water system with a new combi boiler, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Kim was very responsive and kept us well informed throughout the process. Sam, the owner of KAS, is a genuinely nice person who came to our property himself and carried out a detailed survey before providing a clear and fair quote. The installation was completed by John Walker, who did a fantastic job – professional, tidy, and very friendly.After the installation, I had a small issue adding the new boiler to the Hive app. Although this wasn’t KAS Energy’s responsibility, Sam went above and beyond by personally visiting and helping to sort it out, even contacting Hive customer service on my behalf. Found Kas plumbing and heating on Google read some of the reviews, I booked for a quote for a new boiler they came day after phone call , Sam came went through everything with me explaining everything in great detail, I had already had two quotes before him ,but Sam explained things in more detail, the price of the boiler was very good, I booked to have them fit the boiler and Alex came to do the job ,well what can I say what a utter professional young man he was, part the job wasn't easy but he made the outside piping look fantastic, he cleaned all his mess up and explained everything about the new boiler, again Alex what a good job and thank you ,I would recommend Kas and Alex for any work that needs doing 5 star

Our Experience dealing with Kass Energy Plumbing and Heating was one of the most easy and straightforward no fuss, or complicated , issues from beginning to end of our Boiler beng fitted . Sam arrived , and after five minutes of him arriving we knew instantly he was a very genuine and sincere person , Sam asked us about what had happened with our old boiler and what we wanted , he went to look at what we needed and explained everything and advised us what would be good for us , also when We spoke to Kim his Wife on the telephone she was soo very helpful explaining all what was to happen and about how the financial side of it all would work .
