Excellent service from quote to delivery. Very fair price included an extra radiator. Fitted new boiler in our loft in extreme heat. Ross was our fitter. Excellent communication and hard worker. Stayed calm and capable when there was an unexpected problem and organised a prompt visit and repair from East Staffs water board. The whole team including Sam and Kim are exceptional and I would recommend them for any plumbing and heating needs. Sam even delivered bottled water in case the water board didn't arrive. Long review so apologies.I found KAS Energy via a Facebook advert, out of character for me to use Social media, but hey ho did it this time! Within minutes I was talking to a robot which is definitely not for me, so ended the call.That's the only negative I have with my experience using KAS Energy.Shortly after a very pleasant lady called Kym ( part owner of the business ) called to deal with my enquiry . She explained their advertising methods, and that KAS were a family business local to me.It was this call from Kym which lead me to having a quote for our replacement boiler.I had the pleasure of meeting Sam ( Kyms partner & owner of the business ) who arrived with literature and knowledge to quote. I think it was within the hour or so that the quote arrived via email.A fair and reasonable price was agreed and booked a fitting in to suit both parties. I requested a slightly later start time so we could be out the house and not in the way.Fitting day arrived and Ross was here bang on 8.30am to start ( I did not envy him , very hot in a loft to be working!)What a nice guy Ross is, explained everything step by step, discussed reasons why and how he was going to go about the fit. Ross is a credit to the company.So, would I recommend KAS? Yes most definitely. Ross from KAS Energy & Plumbing was amazing throughout our boiler replacement and radiator fitting. We had our boiler and one upstairs radiator replaced, plus a whole new radiator installed in our living room. Quote was competative. The approach to my specific boiler replacement was spot on, recommending a change that was the least intrusive option. They were able to change the flue, safely, with no need for expensive scaffolding on this occasion and the price quoted to win the business was the price paid. These are both things I cannot say of their larger competitors. Then when it came to the actual installation, Ross, who did actual work, arrived promptly, worked efficiently and cleanly and was lovely to have around for a day. I didnt have the pleasure in meeting any of the staff as im always busy working away. Our boiler had packed in and my partner contacted this company on a sunday evening. Within an hour they had arranged to come for a visit the next day.The gentleman who had come to have a look was nothing but polite and assuring to my partner. Requiring a new boiler is not the best situation but dealing with KAS made it a pleasure. Sam the surveyor was very knowledgeable and amenable. Ross the installer was an excellent tradesman very friendly and working late into the evening to make sure that we had a working boiler before he left, even though he could have left at 5pm and completed the next day.A slight problem with the controller was addressed by Ross within a couple of hours being reported.We would recommend KAS More...

Ross replaced our boiler for us , nothing was too much trouble and he was polite, clean and tidy , he then called back within 48 hours to replace 2 radiator valves that weren't working, all done with no fuss , clean, tidy, friendly and efficient. I have been very pleased + totally satisfied with the recent services I have had from KAS Energy. Matt came last week + did a gas safety check, he was very thorough, polite and helpful. Then he noticed a radiator was going rusty so he noted it + KAS got in touch, the radiator was fitted today . Very speedy service. Matt came + did the job today, again he was very pleasant, put plastic down to walk on, worked hard + got the job done. Recently had to replace my boiler,wanted to support a local company and got in touch with Kas Energy Pluming and Heating,so glad I did ,from 1st point of contact Kim who was very polite and knowledgeable about our problem and arranged for Sam who arrived on time to survey and discuss work to be carried out and at very competitive price, to Alex who arrived on a day arranged to carry out the work, he put in place dust sheets down the moment he entered our property and worked methodicly untill our new boiler was installed, he then took time to explain and show me how to work the new controls and settings, and finally cleaned up and removed all the rubbish and my old boiler. Remotely all our work is done in person, because we offer a service in the home . All our engineers need to attend the property. It is not possible to do our work online. Alton we can provide quotes .
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We ensured safety was a top priority , wearing masks , and clean clothes , asking customer to leave the room we was working in , we also did Covid tests regular and made sure the space we was working was clean and tidy and left clean and tidy .
