About

Dublcheck Commercial Cleaning Services is one of the UK's leading franchised commercial cleaning companies. For over 30 years, we have been providing high-quality contract cleaning services through our nationwide network of franchisees, supported by a dedicated central support team. Our proven approach has consistently delivered exceptional cleaning standards for small and medium-sized businesses across the UK.

My name is Peter Kedienhon, and I am an authorised Dublcheck franchisee with over 10 years of experience in the commercial cleaning industry. Having successfully managed my own cleaning business, I understand that every workplace has unique requirements. That's why I provide bespoke cleaning solutions tailored to the size, layout, and specific needs of your premises.

Our services can be customised to cover all areas of your workplace, including offices, workstations, washrooms, kitchens, communal areas, and flooring. As a Dublcheck customer, you can expect:

• A tailored cleaning specification with transparent pricing and no hidden costs.
• Reliable holiday and absence cover to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Outstanding service supported by comprehensive quality monitoring and regular audits.
• Modern cleaning equipment and high-quality, professional-grade cleaning products.
• Fully insured operatives covered by Public Liability, Product Liability, and Employers' Liability insurance.
• Staff trained in COSHH regulations and Health & Safety procedures.
• All cleaning equipment and consumables supplied at no additional cost.

As your local franchisee, I personally oversee the quality of our service through regular site visits and cleaning audits. These visits allow me to identify any areas for improvement, discuss feedback with you, and implement action plans where necessary to ensure our high standards are consistently maintained.

Our commitment to quality is reflected in our results. We achieve a client retention rate of 94%, significantly higher than the industry average of approximately 60%, and 96% of our customers say they would recommend our services. These figures demonstrate our dedication to delivering reliable, professional, and customer-focused cleaning solutions.

Based in Dartford, Kent, we proudly serve businesses throughout Kent, South Essex, Southeast London, and the wider Southeast. With extensive experience across all aspects of commercial cleaning, I have built a strong reputation for delivering dependable, high-quality service and excellent customer care.

I appreciate this opportunity to discuss your business cleaning requirements and provide you with a free, no-obligation quotation.

Thank you for your time and consideration and I look forward to the opportunity to work with you.

Kind regards,

Peter Kedienhon
