John and his team are truly amazing! They have changed the garden of my newly purchased property from an eyesore into the garden I had envisaged and am now so proud to show off. We used JPC after seeing their work at a neighbours house. John spent a couple of hours with my husband and I going through our ideas and offering his own ideas, which were very helpful. Once we were happy with the quotation, John and his team arrived promptly on the first day and got stuck in. All the workmen were polite, friendly and respectful and worked really hard to get our job finished to a great standard. John kept us informed at each step of the job and asked if everything was as expected. Anything that we felt we wanted changing was not a problem and were carried out as requested.
We can't praise their efforts enough and would have no problem recommending JPC to anybody.
We had previously had some bad experiences with trades people, but definitely not with JPC, it was a pleasure to deal with them.
