What do you love most about your job?
I love creating cakes for others, seeing the clients face when they receive a cake.
I get a lot of satisfaction seeing a cake come together and seeing the finished product.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started baking as a way to feel better about myself. I’d spent many turbulent years in a an abusive relationship and when that finally came to an end I was also diagnosed with cancer.
I started baking after meeting someone new who encouraged me to make cakes for a couple of friends as a way of building up my confidence.
I discovered cake making was and is my “happy place”.
After a while it grew to the business I have now. I love making cakes and seeing the joy they bring to others.

I offer a personal service. It’s important for me to have a conversation with a prospective client. I believe that personal interaction is essential, so I can find out what will make this cake special to them.

Cakes are not just for birthdays !! What about baby showers, corporate and business functions, Halloween and other special days and events.
Numerous flavours available to choose from. From the vanilla and chocolate or a little more daring caramel or lemon and raspberry.
