Really impressed by JCD Coaching, James was delivering training to a group of care home residents he’d not met before but his session was an absolute hit! Within a few minutes the room was fully engaged, residents were focused on their activities having a great time! James devised seated circuits which rotated round the room and were adapted to suit each resident’s individual ability. There was plenty of hand to eye co-ordination work , sustained focus and a whole lot of laughter! Residents were undertaking exercise repetitions that didn’t feel nor seem like exercise and they are keen for their next session. A 2-hour one-off session to thoroughly review your bodily movements, injury history, personal circumstances and any other barriers to improvement. By the end of this session you will have a much better understanding of your health and fitness needs, have new goals to work towards, and a selection of movements and strategies to take home, practise and improve your health day by day.
