Jim was brilliant from start to finish, I had a blown window in the bedroom with dodgy hinges and wobbly handle that worried me everytime I opened it, I also needed a cat flap fitted into my back door. Jim came out and measured up, he gave me clear options and explained the price, I decided to go with replacing the bottom glass of the door with PVC, Jim gave me a quote the same day with very good, detailed and clear pricing. Jim gave me the date and time he could come, he arrived on time and carried out the work straight away. A very tidy man as well, you can tell Jim cares about his work, I am so pleased I can now see out of my bedroom window, no longer scared the window will fall out, and the cat is over the moon with her own door, she has been jumping in and out of it all afternoon.
