I had my website for about 8 or 9 years and it was just perfect for my business. It was clear and easy to navigate even on a mobile phone which makes a big difference. It was easy to make changes and add updates myself, or, if I wanted any help Nick was only an email away for instant help. No waiting days for an answer or having to try and communicate with a robot. I can’t express how grateful I am to Rob, it’s like he brought my vision to life in a way I didn’t think was possible. My website was a cheap and cheerful Wix one. As I like being creative myself I thought I’d give it a go. It looked ‘OK’ but was non functional. Rob helped me to create a wonderful aesthetically pleasing site that helps customers find me. I needed something professional looking with personality and warmth. The website he created for me has a beautifully clean look, is so easy to navigate, and he turned it around so quickly. But working with Alex at Itseeze Cardiff was genuinely a dream. If I could give 0 stars I would. Head Office customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I requested to cancel services at the point where the franchisee told me he was leaving, whilst still awaiting their response they passed an invoice I never received to a debt collectors, days after I raised my concerns. Would avoid like the plague.
