I don't often leave reviews, but I felt this company genuinely deserved one. In fact, I actually created a Google account specifically so I could share how impressed I've been with their service. They fitted the blinds throughout our home some a few years ago, and we've been delighted with them ever since. The quality is fantastic, they look great, and they've really helped make our house feel like a home.What prompted me to write this review was a recent repair (our fault) they carried out. From my first contact to the completion of the work, the customer service was absolutely outstanding. They are friendly, professional, and genuinely keen to help. The repair was handled quickly and efficiently, with no fuss whatsoever.It's easy to find companies that are attentive when they're making a sale, but much harder to find one that continues to provide such excellent support years later. The fact that they were just as helpful with a repair as they were during the original installation says a lot about the values of this business.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. We had our Shutters fitted 13/02/2026 and they look great. From start to finish we had a great experience. Lewis came to tell us about the shutters and answered any questions we had. I had 3 electric roller blinds fitted for my sliding patio doors, they really finished off the look and give us some privacy. We had a very good experience with this company, from the first visit to installation. Lewis is very engaging and was not pushy at all when it came to the initial meeting.
