I was a bit sceptical of hiring someone from an online source, but from the outset Magdalena was great.
She is reassuringly clear and precise, and her communication is really responsive so I was always comfortable.
Magdalena not only took care to listen and understand my requirements (full planning for an extension in a conservation area), but she also thought about how to improve and finish the building in an aesthetically pleasing way.
Overall I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Magdalena or to use her services again.
